Northern Hills Veterinary Clinic (NHVC) in Sturgis, SD is seeking a full-time associate small animal veterinarian to join our amazing team. Here at NHVC, our staff is family and we take care of one another. We take pride in our patient care and client satisfaction. NHVC offers a wide variety of services and is eager and willing to adapt and maintain current medical practices.
Our doctors perform four 10 hour work days with a rotating schedule. We offer emergency services during and after business hours with doctors rotating call.

Large Animal Clinic - Receptionist (Full-Time)
Northern Hills Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time receptionist for our Large Animal location in Sturgis, SD. Offering competitive pay and benefits!

Come join our great team! We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who can multitask and maintain professionalism in busy, sometimes stressful times. The ideal candidate will have customer service or reception experience. Experience in the animal health industry is a plus. Some degree of equine and bovine knowledge is always helpful but the ability and willingness to learn is even more important. Proficiency in using computers and communicating via telephone is necessary.
Duties will include: answering telephones, scheduling appointments, using creativity to solve problems such as scheduling conflicts, checking emails, voicemails, and text messages, communicating with clients always in a calm, professional, courteous manner, pulling and filing charts, filling medications, discussing and selling products, managing a cash register and taking credit, cash, and check payments, check-in and putting away freight, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
